The City of Dexter held its annual Business-to-Business-to-City Networking event this week, planned by the City and Ann Arbor SPARK to strengthen the relationship between businesses and the City staff, administration, and elected officials. “This room is sort of microcosm of what’s happening in Dexter and all the energy, all the opportunity that you provide for people and their families,” Mayor Shawn Keough remarked.

The Shepherd Lock by PassiveBolt, a SPARK Central Innovation Center tenant, won a CES Innovation award and will be attending CES this January. Check out the list of companies from the area that attended last year.

Ann Arbor-based Workit Health partnered with health care giant Aetna to provide addiction care services. Congratulations, Workit Health!

Leaders from Censys, SkySpecs, Barracuda, AdAdapted, Duo Security, and others shared career tips and leadership advice at the Rising Leaders’ Summit, hosted at the Circ Bar. The discussion was jam-packed with some of the most authentic and tactical tips for professional growth.
