Don’t get stuck in neutral. Opportunities for leveraging a new career are available now. Shifting Gears is a five-month intensive program that will help corporate workers adapt their knowledge and skill sets in order to transition into more competitive and effective professionals focused on small business growth. The three phases of the program include:
• First Gear: Retool Career Portfolios, workshops and in-class sessions
• Second Gear: Test Trials, practice simulation and practicum project
• Third Gear: Launch Point Readiness, one-on-one time with a mentor and networking opportunities
Professionals from all disciplines and functions are welcome to apply and will gain a practical knowledge base for growing a small business, develop a personal career transition plan, hear from people who have successfully transformed their careers to grow small businesses, and create a business network for future opportunities.
