InfoReady has been named a 2026 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® winner in Metro Detroit, recognition that arrives as the company continues to support higher education institutions nationwide through one of the most challenging funding environments in recent memory.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® program, presented by the National Association for Business Resources, evaluates companies on employee benefits, engagement, retention, workplace culture and overall performance.

Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of the National Association for Business Resources, said this year’s honorees distinguished themselves through outstanding workplace culture and human resources practices. “By fostering cultures that prioritize their people, these organizations have built the strong, values-driven foundations that distinguish them as leaders within their industries and communities.”

“This recognition confirms what we already believe: InfoReady is built on fundamental, foundational values, not flashy programs,” said Bhushan Kulkarni, Founder and CEO of InfoReady. “As a fully remote company, we give our team real autonomy, flexible schedules, take-what-you-need PTO, and the trust to do their best work in the way that fits them. We reinforce that with weekly all-team meetings, peer-driven recognition, and a servant-leadership model where everyone is encouraged to lead, coach, and mentor rather than operate inside a rigid hierarchy. We value direct, no-sugar-coating communication and an open-door culture, so ideas and concerns move freely across the company. That combination of trust, transparency, and genuine care is why we have team members who have stayed with us for ten, eight, six, and four years, and why that same culture translates directly into customer success.”

InfoReady’s growth has been supported over the years by Ann Arbor SPARK through a range of resources and connections, including grants and funding to support sales and marketing initiatives, intern talent, business referrals and marketing support. The company has also been a multi-year recipient of SPARK’s FastTrack Award, recognizing sustained revenue growth, and has participated in a2Tech360’s Tech Trek, helping showcase the technology companies growing in the Ann Arbor region.
