About the Presenter:
Gary A. Kendra of the Kendra Law Firm is a Detroit area attorney and technology guru specializing in mergers and acquisitions, technology law and commercialization, corporate and real estate law, university technology transfer, and intellectual property transactions. Mr. Kendra has written and lectured extensively on the law and technology, including co-authoring two books for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Since 2019, he has been a co-owner and President of the Links at Hunters Ridge Golf Course in northern Livingston County, Michigan.
