Join the New Enterprise Forum monthly forum event on February 15! Festivities kick off at 5:00 p.m. at Ann Arbor SPARK with food, drink and networking. The live event, along with online webinar coverage, will begin at 5:45 p.m.
The agenda will begin with a short presentation on one of our NEF stakeholder partners, Michigan Angel Fund, given by Mike Flanagan its Managing Director. MAF has been a vital part of the Michigan startup ecosystem, connecting angel capital with Michigan companies, for over fifteen years.
We will then have a showcase investor presentation from Robbie Mosingo, owner and creator of Joosebox, after his completion of the NEF coaching process. Joosebox is “Cannabis Consumption Reimagined.” It is a hand-held dry herb consumption device designed for the modern health-conscious cannabis user.
Following that, we will move on to a very special event, our NEF 2023 Annual Awards celebration.
From among all of the entrepreneurs who were coached and delivered a showcase investor presentation at a forum event in 2023, we will recognize three companies in the categories of Best Presentation, Best Business Model and Best Technology.
We will also have two very special individual awards. We will honor Darren Riley, Co-Founder and CEO of JustAir Solutions, with the NEF Rising Star of the Year Award, and Edwin Olson, Co-Founder and CEO of May Mobility, with the NEF Entrepreneur of the Year award.
