Sharla Horton is the Livingston County Program Manager for Ann Arbor SPARK. In this position, she will collaborate with the SPARK Business Development Team to set goals, execute projects, generate new leads, and cultivate local relationships within Livingston County. Her experience in economic development began with her impactful tenure as the Executive Director for the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce, where she spearheaded programs and initiatives that stimulated local economic growth.
In addition to her role at Ann Arbor SPARK, Sharla also serves as the HUB Coordinator for the Livingston Business HUB. In this capacity, she acts as the primary contact for business inquiries, manages day-to-day operations and activities, evaluates participant satisfaction, and implements processes and procedures based on feedback to ensure the HUB’s success.
