The UnDemo Day® Startup Application is officially open!

We are excited to announce the startup application for UnDemo Day® is now open to Michigan-based startups: undemoapp.com. The application will be open until July 29, 2026. Startups wishing to participate in 1:1 investor meetings at UnDemo Day® must complete an application to be considered.

UnDemo Day® is in person on October 1, 2026 at The Department in downtown Detroit, and is free to all participants.

A few reminders about the structure of UnDemo Day®:

• The event connects nationwide venture capital funds with startups based in Michigan
• The schedule includes 1:1 in-person meetings between startups and investors, matched based on sector and stage alignment, and the requests of participating VCs
• The time commitment is from 1-5pm on Thursday, October 1, 2026, in Detroit
• Applicants with the most interest from investors will be included on the 2027 Renaissance Startup Hotlist, which is distributed broadly to investors around the country following UnDemo Day events.

The startup application is open until July 29, and takes 20 minutes or less to complete.
