Pitch Ypsi aims to inspire, support and celebrate Ypsilanti-area enterprises through events that help local entrepreneurs in all sectors connect to the resources they need to start, grow, and thrive.
Following the first two Pitch Ypsi competitions in 2017, that included more than 100 applicants from the Ypsilanti area, the 2018 volunteer-based organizing committee adjusted the competition, making it more accessible to more members of the Ypsilanti community.

The public is invited to the pitch competition on Wednesday, December 5 at 6 p.m. at Back Office Studio — Ypsilanti’s newest co-working space and second-stage business incubator. Reserve your (free) ticket so you’re sure to have a spot.
The cash prizes are thanks to financial contributions from Washtenaw County, Ann Arbor SPARK, Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti SmartZone, Limelight Fund, O’Neal Properties, and Praxis Properties. Thanks to the A2Y Chamber Foundation for being the fiduciary this year, and to in-kind marketing support from BrandHrt Digital Insights and Strategy.
