Led by Esther Triggs, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Interlochen Center for the Arts, this session offers an interactive exploration of implicit bias and its impact on our workplace and community relationships.

Drawing from her extensive experience in both theatrical and corporate settings, Esther will guide participants through the pillars of DEI – Education, Vulnerability, Transparency, and Accountability – offering actionable tools to foster meaningful, transformative conversations.
