About our Speakers:
James McClearen brings over 18 years of experience to his position of CTO at blueflite. A co-founder of blueflite, in his current role James and his collaborators are committed to developing the worlds most robust and agile Aerial Delivery Robots. Under his guidance, blueflite has become known as one of the most innovative names in the UAV/Drone industry.

Diena Seeger is Vice President of Business Development at Spright, a drone delivery solutions provider for critical medical delivery and high-value inspection applications.

Dana Habers is the Chief Innovation Officer & Chief Operating Officer, Pharmacy at University of Michigan Health. In this position she is responsible for driving new growth opportunities including identifying, developing and launching new products, services and business models.

Colleen Hau joined Newlab last year as VP of Product & Programs, leading their innovation studios in Detroit. Prior to Newlab, she was at Carhartt for 7 years leading the product innovation, insights and strategy function. Previous roles include government-funded research in academic settings, consulting with brands on product and brand innovation, and work at a leading OEM to re-define and develop relevant brand opportunities. In 2021 Colleen was named to Innovation Leader’s list of Top 25 Most Influential Innovators.
