DaySmart Software provides business management tools designed to make it easier for entrepreneurs in the salon, spa, pet, and tattoo industries to grow their business.
The company’s ability to quickly respond to their customers’ needs was imperative in 2020. “When COVID took hold, we quickly developed and released a video chat module so our customers could continue to deliver services to their clients.”
This is the second consecutive FastTrack Award for DaySmart. “When we moved to Ann Arbor in 2017, we did so because we wanted to be closer to what we saw as a tech mecca. We engaged early on with SPARK — they helped us find office space — and we’ve tried to stay involved ever since. We believe the SPARK awards are the best way to measure ourselves against our area peers.”
Notably, in 2020 the company made the Inc 5000 list for its tenth consecutive year. Additionally, DaySmart concluded the year with the acquisition of AppointmentPlus, an Arizona-based online appointment scheduling software provider.
