He has helped launch new ventures, rebuild struggling units, and architect cultures where high-performance teams consistently exceed expectations.
As founder of Maximus Ventures, Jon supports leaders and companies seeking growth, innovation, or transformation. His work centers on practical, high-impact strategy and disciplined execution—always with a focus on developing people and building organizations capable of sustaining championship-level performance. He holds an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego.
