Tech Trek Turns 10: Ann Arbor’s a2Tech360 Opens Registration for 2025 Celebration of Innovation
This fall, one of Michigan’s most anticipated innovation-themed events returns bigger than ever. What began as Tech Trek — a one-day open house inviting the community inside Ann Arbor’s tech companies — has grown into a2Tech360, a 10-day celebration of technology, talent, and trailblazing ideas. Hosted by Ann Arbor SPARK, a2Tech360 runs September 24 – October 3 and features a full lineup of events that shine a light on the region’s growing innovation ecosystem.
The celebration culminates in Tech Trek’s 10th anniversary — a high-energy street fair on Liberty Street featuring more than 60 companies offering hands-on demos, product showcases, games, and giveaways. Attendees can also explore off-site tech hubs with free pedicab rides and enjoy eats from local food vendors. It’s a family-friendly event that makes Ann Arbor’s tech scene tangible, fun, and inclusive.

This year’s a2Tech360 brings back audience favorites while introducing new events that reflect the region’s expanding technology landscape:
- Tech Homecoming joins the official lineup! Previously held the night before Thanksgiving, this job fair connects growing tech companies with tech talent and alums looking to return to the region.
- The Business of Life Sciences brings together founders, funders, and researchers driving the next wave of biotech and health innovation, hosted at the new MI-HQ location in Ypsilanti.
- During Tech Trek, Tech Talk will take the stage in Liberty Plaza, featuring live demos from local innovators.
- Invest360, FastTrack Awards, Women in Tech, Sustainable Future Forum, and the Michigan Startup Capital Summit return with expanded programming and new voices.
