InfoReady empowers administrators to create the best possible experience for applicants and reviewers.
InfoReady, a leading no-code digital workflow automation platform for higher education institutions, announces the release of its latest template, Form Designer.
With the release of the Form Designer, higher education administrators can create virtually any online form and create any corresponding selection process or approval workflow to go with it. Universities can use it to create online application and selection processes for dozens of things – internal grants, scholarships, fellowships, awards, and more.
Form Designer provides administrators with unprecedented control and flexibility to create the best possible experience for applicants and reviewers.
As InfoReady continues to expand across university campuses, administrative staff increasingly find new processes to be digitized and automated. This growing demand for efficiency has led to requests for more features and functionality. The new Form Designer meets these demands, giving users powerful new tools to bring more forms, applications, and workflows into InfoReady’s no-code platform.
The Form Designer template includes several key features, such as conditional logic to simplify the applicant experience. Administrators can choose to display questions, sections, and even pages based on applicants’ answers to questions or add required fields as applicants meet certain conditions. Conditional logic or branching questions has been one of InfoReady’s most requested enhancements.
Additional features include the option to organize forms into sections and pages helps all users navigate complex forms more easily and adds clarity to information requests. The ability to preview the layout and logic while building the form allows administrators to test the applicant’s experience. Drag and drop functionality of fields and information also allows administrators to easily place and move questions for full control of the layout.
“The release of our new Form Designer template reflects InfoReady’s ongoing commitment to listen and innovate to meet the needs of our clients,” said Bhushan Kulkarni, CEO of InfoReady. “The functionality now available in Form Designer empowers higher ed administrators to digitize forms and workflows like never before.”
Early adopters have already used the new Form Designer template to launch over 50 competitions in the first quarter of 2023. Emory University has praised the conditional logic with Form Designer, calling it a “game changer.” Texas A&M Graduate and Professional School called the preview feature the “unsung hero of this template”, stating that “it is very nice to be able to test the application features before launch instead of launching then using dummy applications to test features.”
InfoReady’s templates are one of its unique competitive advantages. Users save hours as they can save a competition to reuse over and over or start from a template and customize it to the new competition. InfoReady’s templates can also be shared between institutions.
The Form Designer template is now available for all Gold, Platinum, and Enterprise licenses of InfoReady. For more information, contact sales@inforeadycorp.com.
