ANN ARBOR
Home to the University of Michigan, the city of Ann Arbor pairs metropolitan luxuries with a walkable college town. The city is well-known as the birthplace of the acclaimed Zingerman’s Deli and host to the largest outdoor art fair in the country, the Ann Arbor Art Fair. Ann Arbor is the county seat of Washtenaw County.
YPSILANTI
Just east of Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti is the second-largest community within Washtenaw County. Eastern Michigan University’s campus is within walking distance to the two commercial districts — downtown and Depot Town. The community celebrates the city’s rich automotive heritage with weekly car shows and annual events.
WASHTENAW COUNTY

VA Ann Arbor Health System (VAAAHS) The VAAAHS provides high-quality, cost-effective care to more than 68,000 veterans in the Ann Arbor region. Affiliated with the University of Michigan School of Medicine, all VAAAHS physicians hold joint faculty appointments at the University. There are more than 400 active research protocols at any given time.
