Here’s a brief overview of our application, review, and funding process.
Complete our application and upload your pitch deck, executive summary, and financial model.
We’ll do an initial review to determine whether the company meets our criteria.
If company appear to meet our criteria, we’ll schedule an initial meeting to learn more and determine fit.
If we proceed, we’ll ask for company materials and references to further our evaluation.
For select companies, a funding proposal is submitted to our Investment Review Board for approval.
Investment terms are agreed upon and documents are drafted and executed.
Investment funds will be disbursed after execution of documents.
We’ll stay in regular contact and support your company as it grows.
