InfoReady, an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based SaaS company serving higher education institutions, proudly announces its strong performance in the first quarter of 2024.
“We are very proud of the progress we have made in achieving substantial growth in Q1-2024,” said Bhushan Kulkarni, CEO, InfoReady. “Our team is laser-focused continuing the upward trajectory of product innovations and revenue growth we accomplished last year. More than ever, our clients depend on us for helping to provide world-changing opportunities for funding, learning and ideas for students, faculty, and researchers. We are thrilled with our progress and are excited for what the future holds.”
Awards. The year started on a high note as InfoReady was selected as a Best Place to Work in Ann Arbor for its positive culture and commitment to create the best work environment for its teams by Purpose Jobs in January.
New clients. During the quarter, InfoReady welcomed multiple new institutions to its roster of satisfied clients, achieving a 75% market share of Ivy League institutions and 65% of major R1 research universities across the US. InfoReady’s reputation for excellence continues to grow. In addition, InfoReady has started acquiring sizable market share of R2-R3 research universities, M1-M3 primary undergraduate institutions, government agencies, foundations, and medical institutions.
Expansion with clients. Surpassing revenue targets, the client services team successfully cultivated and deepened relationships with its existing 230 clients, while upholding the highest standards of support and training to maintain near 100% retention.
New Product Features. InfoReady added a powerful new return-for-revisions feature to its platform. This unlocks a myriad of possibilities—from refining grant proposals to managing peer-reviewed journals and advising doctoral candidates on their dissertations.
Community Engagement. Recognizing the importance of building personal relationships and engagement with the higher education community, the InfoReady team has committed to attending over 15 conferences and annual meetings in 2024.
In March the team brought new awareness of InfoReady’s power to support research and other processes at Cancer Centers to the ACCA/CCAF conference in Philadelphia. In the upcoming months, the InfoReady team can be found at the Midwest Association of Graduate Schools annual meeting in St. Louis, MO, the Society for Research Administration’s South/Northeast Regional Meeting in Hilton Head, SC, NORDP’s Annual Meeting in Bellevue, WA, and a regional meeting of NCURA in Ann Arbor, MI.
