a2Tech360, the annual event showcasing Ann Arbor’s tech ecosystem, provides an opportunity for job seekers to directly connect with regional companies hiring top-tier talent. On Wednesday, October 6 from 10 a.m. to noon, job seekers can meet virtually with 30 company recruiters while attending the a2Tech360 Job Seeker Trek.
“Job Seeker Trek connects the exceptional talent pool in Southeast Michigan directly with employers in Ann Arbor with high-wage, high tech jobs to fill,” said Jennifer Cornell Queen, Ann Arbor SPARK’s senior vice president, marketing, communications, and events. “The virtual format means that job seekers from around the globe can also explore careers in the region without the need to travel, and market to the world that Ann Arbor is home to an incredible range of innovative companies that are creating jobs and attracting investment here.”

Using Gatherly, an online events platform, attendees and companies will be able to have both private and group conversations during the virtual Job Seekers Trek. View a full list of participating companies.
In addition to the companies participating in the 2021 Job Seeker Trek, Amy Cell Talent will host a virtual booth to help attendees practice their personal elevator pitch, review resumes, and identify potential job description matches.
On Friday, October 8 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., job seekers will have an additional chance to meet with company employees in-person during A2 Tech Trek and Mobility Row. The Talent Terrace, staffed by Amy Cell Talent and Michigan Works! Southeast, will be available to help attendees navigate the event, locate companies, and conduct interview prep.
