This meeting can be used for Size Up support or general small business consultation.

  • Light marketing & sales planning (audience, channels, simple funnels)
  • Funding readiness basics (what lenders/grantors look for, document checklists)
  • Operations & compliance questions (registrations, licenses, simple policies)
  • Websites, e-commerce, and digital presence quick reviews
  • Setting goals, timelines, and an action plan

What to Expect:

  • A quick assessment of where you are now
  • Practical next steps you can act on immediately
  • Links to tools, templates, and SPARK/partner programs
  • Warm referrals to experts or services when needed

How to Prepare:
Bring 2–3 specific questions and any materials you want feedback on (pitch deck, website, packaging mockups, financials, draft policies, etc.). Having links/files ready helps us make the most of your time.
