- Funding readiness basics (what lenders/grantors look for, document checklists)
- Operations & compliance questions (registrations, licenses, simple policies)
- Websites, e-commerce, and digital presence quick reviews
- Setting goals, timelines, and an action plan
What to Expect:
- A quick assessment of where you are now
- Practical next steps you can act on immediately
- Links to tools, templates, and SPARK/partner programs
- Warm referrals to experts or services when needed
How to Prepare:
Bring 2–3 specific questions and any materials you want feedback on (pitch deck, website, packaging mockups, financials, draft policies, etc.). Having links/files ready helps us make the most of your time.
