Venue Connect, in partnership with Ann Arbor SPARK, is excited to host Rishi Moudgil, Executive Director of Michigan Founders Fund, as he shares his story and his vision for growing the entrepreneurial community in Michigan. He will also discuss the launch of a new Pre-Accelerator program that promotes underrepresented founders leading startups in Michigan.

Michigan Founders Fund is a network of entrepreneurs and investors who have pledged 1% of equity or carry to support Michigan’s social sector. MFF aims to grow the presence of successful high-growth ventures and advance civic leadership throughout the state.

About our Presenter:
Rishi Moudgil is the Executive Director of Michigan Founders Fund, representing founders and investors committed to fostering a thriving, inclusive, and purpose-driven community for high-growth entrepreneurs statewide. His career as a founder, social investor, creator, and educator spans multiple sectors with a focus on shaping equitable opportunities and building lasting social impact.

Rishi has been at the forefront of building Michigan’s startup ecosystem for over two decades, launching or running several startups, programs, and funds that have been recognized both locally and globally. Prior initiatives include the Great Lakes Entrepreneur’s Quest, GreenLight Fund Detroit, and University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business Center for Social Impact (now Business + Impact). He earned his bachelor’s degree, MA in Education, and MBA all from the University of Michigan.

This event is free to attend. While registration is required, walk-ins are also welcome.
