Join us Monday, April 7 at noon for a presentation by student-attorneys from the University of Michigan Law School’s Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic. Hear law students share law-related mistakes commonly made by early-stage startups and gain the knowledge you need to avoid them. Event attendees will gain a better understanding of steps early-stage ventures can take to limit personal liability, protect intellectual property, comply with employment laws, and avoid messy future disputes.
