Colette Douglas is president and 100% owner of Elite Customer Service (ECS), a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). ECS is a consulting firm that provides business etiquette training with a focus on ethics. She brings more than 30 years of experience to the business community. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University in Wilberforce, Ohio and her master’s of science administration degree from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. She also holds a certificate in Building High-Performing Business from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. Serving on committees of several community organizations, Colette believes it is possible to help those who think they lack the ability to lead to see their leadership potential. She mentors them so that their dream becomes a reality.
