Join us for an exciting evening as we welcome Scott Wilcox, former CTO of SXSW, who will introduce us to Model Context Protocol (MCP), an emerging standard for AI model interactions and context management.
About MCP: Model Context Protocol is a framework that standardizes how AI models communicate and manage context across different platforms and applications. It’s designed to improve the efficiency and reliability of AI systems by providing a consistent way to handle context windows, memory, and model-to-model interactions.
About the Speaker: Scott Wilcox is a member of our meetup community and the former CTO of SXSW and is currently the Founder and CEO of [Janix.ai](https://janix.ai/). Currently splitting his time between Ann Arbor and Austin, TX. Scott is building a startup focused on MCP implementation and development. He can be reached at [scott@janix.ai](mailto:scott@janix.ai)
