Jennifer Olmstead is the director of business development at Ann Arbor SPARK. Her portfolio is Washtenaw County, including oversight of the Innovate Ypsi program, which provides special grants and incentives for companies locating on the east side of the county. At SPARK she works with a diverse set of clients. Her work has resulted in the creation of more than 1,000 jobs and $120+ million in investment. Jennifer earned her BA at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
