Congresswoman Debbie Dingell took a tour of Ann Arbor SPARK to meet with local small businesses in various stages of development, as well as economic development experts who help local businesses mature. The Congresswoman discussed topics of importance to local entrepreneurs so she can better understand the issues facing the small business community in Michigan and be well informed to fight for their issues in Congress.
The afternoon in Ann Arbor began at SPARK’s Central Innovation Center, where Congresswoman Dingell met with five different companies who are at various stages of the business development process and are being incubated at SPARK Central. The businesses she met with are Every Two Minutes, Dynamo Metrics, Intvo, Nostrom, and Canopy.
Following the tour and discussion, Congresswoman Dingell and leaders from Ann Arbor SPARK walked to two companies, Spellbound AR and Refraction, both of which previously received accelerator services from SPARK.
