In working to build valuable software, there’s a lot of wasted and inefficient work.  Writing better requirements is one of the most effective ways to beat this trend and consistently deliver high quality, valuable software.

In this session, Paul Mack will share some of the most common anti-patterns he sees in software requirements.  Paul will also share the antidotes he uses in writing his requirements.  You’ll learn how to write requirements that consistently create clarity and alignment for everyone involved.  You’ll also get to practice using these skills alongside others in the class.  You’ll walk away more equipped to deliver higher quality software and lead happier, healthier teams.
