Join the A2Y Chamber on September 12 for an interactive and engaging session with Interim Chief Diversity Officer, Dr. Doris J. Fields. Dr. Fields’ presentation will provide an overview of how to become a DEI advocate in the workplace. She will focus on DEI advocacy strategies, including increasing employee engagement, acceptance of others, and addressing barriers to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
