New Enterprise Forum, along with our featured stakeholder partner, EMU’s Center for Entrepreneurship, is excited to announce the upcoming NEF Forum Meeting on Tuesday (yes, Tuesday!), July 18. The live portion kicks off at 5:00 p.m. at Ann Arbor SPARK with food, drink and networking. Online webinar coverage will begin at 5:45 p.m..
This month, we will have a Pitch Pit Extravaganza! Five competitors. Three judges. And one special presentation for entrepreneurs.
The five entrepreneurs presenting will be Marc Alexander, founder and CEO at Lite Tuition; Kim Lavine, founder and CEO at Hypersence; Rajeev Thakur, founder at Intuitive Design; Jonathan Marceau, founder at Spelling Safari; and Tim Wilson, owner of Vital Pro Studio.
Our three distinguished judges will be Amanda Lewan, co-founder and CEO at Bamboo Detroit; Jim Simpson, CEO at Blumira; and Cory Tincher, investor at Detroit Venture Partners.
And the special presentation entitled “How to Own the Stage: Presentation Tips for Entrepreneurs” will be given by Barbara Boldt, an international facilitator and coach who is passionate about helping people improve their ability to pitch their big ideas, so they can get traction and change the world. Barbara will share tips and tricks you can use to immediately up your presentation game and take your entrepreneurial journey to the next level.
This will be a (Tuesday!) evening presentation that you will not want to miss!
