VA Ann Arbor Health System (VAAAHS) The VAAAHS provides high quality, cost-effective care to more than 68,000 veterans in the Ann Arbor region. Affiliated with the University of Michigan School of Medicine, all VAAAHS physicians hold joint faculty appointments at the University. There are more than 400 active research protocols at any given time.
