Tech Connections & Coffee Cupping with Hyperion!

Thursday, February 18 2021 at 12:00pm - 12:30pm

Come hang with your fellow founders for 20 minutes at lunchtime while enjoying and learning about amazing specialty coffee!

Coffee is as essential to many startup founders as time. A2EF and Ypsilanti-based, Hyperion Coffee Company are teaming up to provide you with an in-depth journey into the world of specialty coffee. We will be exploring the process known as “Cupping” with Hyperion’s co-founder and head roaster, Dan Kubera. You will be guided through a sensory journey and learn how to evaluate the fragrance, aroma, and taste components that harmonize to form one of the world’s favorite beverages. This interactive tasting experience will consist of cupping 3 unique coffees from around the world.

Participants will join the event virtually from the comfort of their own home. They will be shipped a package providing all of the coffee samples and tasting materials needed for the experience a couple of days prior to the event (which means you must be comfortable providing your home/office address so we can mail the materials to you). Only 15 seats are available, so please only register if you will definitely be able to attend.

Event donations are strongly encouraged to help support the amazing services and product that participants will receive from each business!

To make a donation, please visit – https://a2entrepreneursfund.org/donate/ and select “Meetup Event Donation” from the dropdown menu.

This is the first in a series of mini-Zoom interactive events that will be hosted for the tech community by A2EF and local business owners.
