Finding and developing future leaders within an organization has a big impact today. Join SPARK for this two-part webinar series ideal for current and aspiring leaders alike. Hopeful leaders will learn what they can do to advance their careers, and current leaders will learn what they can do to find, keep, and grow high-potential staff. Each session will consist of a 40-minute presentation and time for Q&A.

Part 1: Creating high-potential connections between companies and future leaders

(April 12th: 8:30am-9:30am or 12:30pm-1:30pm)

Some organizational roles are ideal for future leaders. Current leaders will learn how to create or recognize positions within your company to develop these individuals. We’ll also discuss how to identify high-potential talent — from attraction to retention — to fill those roles. Aspiring leaders will learn how to maximize opportunities such as careers at organizations with a culture of growth and demonstrate their potential to prospective employers.

Part 2: Developing future leaders to reach their potential

(May 2nd: 8:30am-9:30am or 12:30pm-1:30pm)

Once aspiring leaders are identified, current leaders must remain engaged in the professional growth of their recruits. Only then can future leaders reach their full potential. Join us as we discuss the best way to invest in your organization’s leaders of tomorrow for immediate and longstanding returns. Aspiring leaders will learn how to grow their career from existing positions, recognize leadership opportunities, and receive the support needed from current leadership.
