Integrate Detroit presents: a free, two-part class on intermediate Python

WHAT: A free, two part class designed to teach intermediate software development in the Python programming language. In this session, you will learn some Object Oriented Programming and software testing fundamentals.

WHO: A great course for people who have some experience with programming basics. Beginners are welcome to attend but basic coding concepts won’t be covered. Please bring your own laptop.

SETUP: Before class, try to download Python 3 (https://www.python.org/downloads/) and Visual Studio code (https://code.visualstudio.com/). If you run into any hiccups, we are happy to help at the beginning of class.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS:

Chris Sayen is a Senior Software Engineer at Integral. He has experience building software for industrial applications, mobile devices, and the web . Chris enjoys making music and things that make noise, camping, and watching too many movies.

Callie Busby is a Senior Software Engineer at Integral. She is a truly adaptable consultant who has worked on websites, backend services, virtual reality, mobile, and voice assistants. She is a Columbus, Ohio native that works fully remote for Detroit based consultancy Integral. In her free time, Callie enjoys tabletop gaming, especially Dungeons & Dragons.
