Who Should Attend: This workshop is specifically tailored to small business (1-200 employees) owners and their leadership teams. We strongly encourage multiple people from a hiring team to attend so practices can be implemented more easily when you return. The best way to reveal a great candidate, and indeed reveal the wrong candidates, is to design and conduct interviews that let you see: do they get it, do they want it, and are they capable. This dynamic workshop will allow you to get the most out of your interviews. Using a proven model for identifying a good fit, The Hire Effect™ team will give you the tools you need and train you to conduct interviews. You will be able to be objective about your choices and not feel judgy. You will be working closely with fellow attendees and experienced coaches to design scripts and practice basic techniques that will net a great interview every time.
