Dr. Wong will walk us through how to leverage the “Business Model Canvas” for your business and for Maia Chapter. This hands-on tool, when used in a group setting, will facilitate discussion, creativity, and analysis and can result in better strategic planning. This will support positive participation from different perspectives with dynamic collaboration. You will be able to get the best thinking from all involved. A related version, “Business Model U,” can also be applied to developing professional careers in leading businesses.
Currently, Dr. Wong is the Futrell Faculty Fellow to lead the Center for Professional Development at Eastern Michigan University. She teaches strategy, entrepreneurship, and organization development. Her organizational strategy consulting, change management, and executive coaching parallels expands into the community to work with entrepreneurial businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations with the support of the talented Sensei Change team.
